GBA offers our clients unique, customised 3D architectural rendering and modelling. Each project is priced in relation to the market and our services provided, meaning there are no set fees. We utilise a general guide of estimating full architectural service fees at 5% to 10% of construction costs. Furthermore, our guarantee to you is always to provide our clients with an initial no-obligation fee proposal for every project.
